To reduce the number of environment variables in Power Automate flows, you can create JSON environment variables. JSON allows you to store configuration data in an object, similar to how you create mapping tables in a flow. Simply create a new Text variable and paste the JSON object with the configuration. When using the variable in a flow, apply the json() expression to convert it to JSON format. This allows you to select specific values from the JSON object. While environment variables are useful for configuring solutions, having too many can make editing flows difficult. Consider using JSON variables to reduce the number of environment variables, especially if you also use them in Power Apps.
