Microsoft has launched a new user interface for its Dynamics 365 Field Service Mobile app, making it more user-friendly and visually appealing. The new UI allows users to work on tasks and resolve issues directly from their mobile devices and web browser applications. To enable the new UI, users need to have the latest version of the Dynamics 365 Field Service Mobile app, the latest Field Service solution in Dynamics 365 CRM, and the 2023 Release Wave 2 enabled. The new UI provides features such as an enhanced home page for easy access to bookings, minimized navigation for work order items, a new UI for work order forms, and media access from the timeline. However, there are some limitations, such as no support for mobile offline capability and only being supported for the Field Service Mobile OOB app.
