On February 4th, 2025, there was an incident with the Gravity Forms Power Automate Add-On between 4:46PM EST and 5:54PM EST. During this time, form submissions were unable to be processed. If you submitted a form during this period, you will need to re-trigger those submissions. The issue was identified and resolved within an hour, and steps have been taken to prevent it from happening again.
