SharePoint lists cannot be added as knowledge to a Copilot Studio Agent, but there is a workaround using Agent actions. The Agent can use a flow action to determine the SharePoint list columns and data types, and then pass this information to an AI prompt. The AI prompt writes a SharePoint REST API filter query to fetch the required list items, and Copilot uses generative AI to respond with the final answer.
