UAT is Designed for Successful Dynamics 365 Implementations, Not for Training

User acceptance testing (UAT) is an important step in Dynamics 365 implementation, but it is not meant for training. UAT is designed to test the system and identify any issues or faults, while training should be done separately to prepare users for the go-live phase. Treating UAT as training can compromise the testing effort and lead to confusion and inefficiencies once the system goes live. It is crucial to understand the distinction between UAT and end user training to ensure a successful implementation.
