Only notes are available in Offline mode. Please check your internet connection to view other timeline records – Dataverse / Dynamics 365
The Dynamics 365 Field Service mobile app now supports offline capabilities. When users go offline, they will see a message stating that only Notes records are available in offline mode. This means that users can view and add/remove attachments to Notes records while offline. This feature was added as part of the 2019 Release Wave 2.
