Frontline workers, who make up 80% of the global workforce, have traditionally been underserved by technology. Microsoft Power Apps is partnering with RealWear, producer of Smart Glasses for frontline workers, to bridge this gap. Power Apps is now available on RealWear devices, allowing frontline professionals to use low-code solutions on a device built for flexibility and mobility. With hands-free operation and voice-controlled navigation, workers can easily access custom-built applications for tasks like maintenance inspections. Developers can create applications that leverage the advanced hardware features of RealWear devices, such as operating hands-free in hazardous environments. Raymond West has already integrated Power Apps with RealWear headsets to improve customer support and technician productivity.
