Use a Power Apps app in Microsoft Teams as a personal and/or channel tab

To add a Power Apps Canvas App to the left rail of Microsoft Teams, there are a few options. The easiest way is to use the "Built with Power Platform" option in the Teams app store, where users can install the app themselves. Another option is to add the app from make.powerapps.com, which allows users to choose "Add to Teams" for the desired app. Both of these options are user-driven and offer little control over the installation process. If more control is needed, a controlled and centralized deployment can be done by obtaining the Teams app package and making manual adjustments to the app manifest. This option allows for automatic installation, limiting who can install the app, and other customization options.
