2024 Wave 2: Dynamics 365 Sales
Microsoft has released the 2024 wave 2 release notes for Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and more. The Copilot immersive homepage will receive updates, providing sellers with suggested actions, sales targets vs actuals, and account updates. Copilot email assistance will allow sellers to draft emails and adjust tone and length with Copilot's help. An AI-generated summary for account records will show buying behavior, opportunities, and leads. AI-powered action suggestions will provide actionable insights for sellers. The sales document summary will give sellers a summary of associated documents and recommend the next best action. Lead qualification can be customized, and opportunities can be grouped and aggregated.
