Microsoft has released the plans for the 2025 Wave 1 for Dynamics 365 Sales. The new features and enhancements focus on lead management and the Sales Qualification Agent. The Sales Qualification Agent is a custom autonomous agent that automates and streamlines the sales qualification process. It enriches and prioritizes leads, assists with personalized email communications, and provides sellers with key information and forecasting details. The agent is made up of three different agents: the research agent, which enriches leads with relevant information; the prioritization agent, which prioritizes leads based on criteria like budget and authority; and the engagement agent, which helps with lead communications. The Sales Qualification Agent is configurable and can be tailored to each sales organization's needs.
