Calling SQL Server stored procedures in Power Fx is now generally available in all regions. This feature allows users to access tables, views, and stored procedures directly in Power Apps without the need for a Power Automate Flow. It simplifies development and improves performance for both authors and end users. To use this feature, you need to create or have an existing SQL connection in your app. You can then access stored procedures in your app by referring to the data source name and using a Power Fx formula. This feature is an extension to the tabular model and provides an additional level of security by allowing the execution of stored procedures but not arbitrary SQL. You can also bind a stored procedure directly to a gallery or table. For more details, refer to the article "Connect to SQL Server from Power Apps."
