Instant Access to CRM Data: Improving Sales Efficiency by Composing Emails in Outlook


The integration of Copilot for Sales with Outlook and Dynamics 365 CRM allows users to access and share CRM data instantly while composing emails. Instead of toggling between systems, users can simply type a forward slash ("/") while drafting an email and Copilot for Sales will suggest the most recent CRM records as adaptive cards within the email body. These cards automatically update, ensuring the shared information is accurate and up-to-date. To enable this feature in Outlook, users need to log in, click on the Copilot for Sales App, go to settings, enable the Quick-share records toggle, and type a forward slash to view and select recent files and records. This integration simplifies communication and boosts efficiency for sales teams.
