Microsoft Copilot for Dynamics 365 was introduced earlier this year and has been used by over 130,000 organizations. The new Copilot experiences announced at Microsoft Ignite include updates to Copilot for Dynamics 365, as well as the introduction of Copilot for Service and Copilot for Sales. These new experiences empower organizations to unlock value from various systems of record and provide role-specific insights and actions. The capabilities of Copilot help improve efficiency, automate processes, and deliver personalized customer experiences.
