Power Automate teamed with Azure OpenAI Services to track conversations using Keywords!


Inogic Professional Services has developed an innovative application called Keyword Tracker that uses AI to help sales associates quickly find relevant information in email conversations. By simply typing a keyword into the search bar, the system scans past interactions and highlights not only the keyword itself but also related synonyms. This allows sales reps to easily address customer concerns and provide personalized responses. The application is part of Inogic's efforts to leverage the power of Azure OpenAI Services to transform sales processes and improve customer relationships. Inogic also offers other AI applications, such as a Buyer Behaviour Analysis application, to enhance sales and optimize workflows.
