Enable / Disable (turn on / turn off) multiple cloud flows – Dataverse
The Maker Portal only allows users to turn on or off one cloud flow at a time. However, the XrmToolBox's Bulk Data Update plugin can be used to disable multiple flows at once. Users can select the required flows from the Workflow table with the Category "Modern Flow" and use the Set State tab to set the appropriate status and update the records. Alternatively, the Advanced Find feature can be used to search for processes with the Category "Modern Flow" and activate or deactivate them.
