Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service is introducing new AI-powered experiences to streamline field service operations. Frontline workers will be able to access information on a job site by asking questions in conversational language. The AI-powered Copilot feature will provide specific information related to work orders, such as status updates and instructions. Additionally, the Dynamics 365 Field Service app will be available in Microsoft Teams, allowing frontline workers to view and edit work orders directly within Teams. The AI capabilities will also be enhanced in the Dynamics 365 Field Service mobile app, allowing technicians to quickly access key points in a work order and make updates by speaking to Copilot. Microsoft is also offering Dynamics 365 Guides and Dynamics 365 Remote Assist at no additional cost to Field Service customers. The integration between Dynamics 365 Field Service and Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management will also be improved, allowing for seamless financial and inventory data flow.
