WhatsApp4Dynamics is an integration app for WhatsApp Business with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. A recent poll conducted by Inogic on LinkedIn asked sales managers about their preferred communication channels by customers. The choices ranged from email and phone to WhatsApp and Microsoft Teams. The results showed that WhatsApp was the most preferred channel. In this blog post, Inogic explores the various features of WhatsApp4Dynamics, including the ability to automate WhatsApp messages, receive chat notifications in CRM, store chat history, and map contacts with CRM records. The most requested feature, automate WhatsApp messages, won the poll with 48% of the votes.
