Power Automate does not have automated task delegation, but you can create your own solution. Start by creating a SharePoint list to store delegation information, including the approver, substitute, and dates for delegation. Use this list in your flow to check if the approver has an entry and if the task falls within the delegation dates. If there is an entry, assign the task to both the approver and the substitute. If there are multiple approvers, use the "Filter array" action to find any overlap between the array of approvers and the active delegations. Select the email addresses of the "ToUser" and assign them the task as well. Keep the delegation list updated to ensure accuracy.
