Limit number of Responses in Microsoft Form

Microsoft Forms allows you to close a form for new responses. This article explains how to update this setting based on the number of responses using a Power Automate flow. The article provides step-by-step instructions on how to set up the flow, including adding actions such as "When a new response is submitted" and "Send an HTTP request to SharePoint." The flow uses the Forms API to retrieve the responses of the form and check the total number of responses. Once the desired number of responses is reached, the flow will close the form and provide a message to the end user. The article also includes screenshots to help guide the setup process.
