The next phase of Microsoft 365 Copilot innovation – Microsoft 365 Copilot: Wave 2


At the Copilot wave 2 event, several announcements were made. Copilot now has a UI for AI and Copilot Pages are powered by Microsoft Loop. Copilot agents, previously known as Copilot Studio copilots, are now called Copilot Studio agents. Copilot in Excel is now generally available (GA) and Copilot in PowerPoint (narrative builder) is also GA, allowing the use of company slide templates and AI-generated images. Copilot in Teams can now access the chat in meetings and Copilot in OneDrive is also GA. Overall, there were many updates and improvements to Copilot across various Microsoft 365 applications.
