Customize the Email and Marketing Form in Customer Insights


To customize the form of a marketing email or marketing form in Customer Insights, you need to add the field to two forms in the backend. One of the forms is always the "Information" form. To place the field on the form, open the form in the editor and switch to classic mode. Drag and drop the field into the desired position. If you want the field to be displayed in the settings section, add it to the "Email header" form. For marketing forms, add the field to the "Form Settings" and "Information" forms. Use the modern designer for the "Form Settings" form and the classic designer for the "Information" form. It is recommended to mark the field as hidden on the "Information" form, although it still shows correctly even if it's not hidden. Overall, customizing the form in Customer Insights is not complicated once you know which forms to use.
