Microsoft's Copilot feature in Dynamics 365 CRM now includes an Email Copilot that offers content suggestions while composing or responding to emails. By analyzing input, correspondences, and relevant data, Copilot generates AI-driven drafts that can be used as-is or customized. To enable the Email (Preview) tab in Copilot, navigate to Sales Hub, open the Opportunity record, and click on the Copilot icon. Then, open an email from a record and use the Copilot composer to describe the email you want to draft. Copilot will generate a draft email based on your description, and you can add it to the email body or make adjustments as needed. Copilot also offers options to adjust the tone, try again, start over, or restore the last version of the draft. Overall, Copilot for email saves time and effort by suggesting content while composing or replying to emails.
