2023 Wave 2 Release Notes: D365 Field Service
The release notes for the second wave of 2023 were unveiled on July 18, 2023, and this article discusses the new features and updates included in the release for Dynamics 365 Field Service. The enhancements include the ability to generate a work order from a quote, extended customer details, improved flexibility for booking status automation, complete bookings while preserving end time, maintain customer facilities with enhanced capabilities, and manage frontline worker certifications. The legacy schedule board will be retired at the end of this release, and a new feature will allow dispatchers to use a combination of CTRL on their keyboard and the scroll button on a mouse to zoom in and out on the schedule board.
