Dynamics 365 Business Central: Change Log Management event changes.
Starting from Dynamics 365 Business Central version 25.3, Microsoft has removed integration events related to the Change Log functionality. This change was made for security reasons, as subscribing to these events allowed users to change log entries or disable them, which posed a security risk. Partners who have used these events for customizations will need to refactor their code before upgrading to version 25.3. It's important to note that when Microsoft discovers a security breach, they do not follow the standard obsoletion pattern for breaking changes and immediately apply a fix.
