Create a Journey with Copilot in Dynamics 365 Marketing (Customer Insights – Journeys)
Microsoft has introduced a new feature in the 2023 Release Wave 2 that allows anyone to quickly construct customer journeys with Dynamics 365 Marketing (Customer Insights-Journeys) using Copilot's generative AI. By describing what you want to construct using a common language, the journey will be built for you. This feature allows you to work with your entire team to swiftly drive stakeholder alignment and provide the most individualized experience for your clients. To enable the journey copilot, open the Dynamics 365 Marketing app, go to the Overview subarea, and enable the Copilot toggle button in the Journey section. Once enabled, you can create a journey manually or use the Journey Copilot window to create a journey using suggested prompts.
