Use custom fonts in Customer Insights for emails and forms

Using custom fonts in Customer Insights Journey can help create a unique visual style. Microsoft recently added the ability to add custom fonts to emails and forms. Custom fonts are specified using the CSS property "font-family" and can include multiple font names as a fallback. Web safe fonts are fonts that are available on most operating systems and devices, while web fonts are custom fonts that are not pre-installed and require downloading. It's important to consider licenses and accessibility when choosing custom fonts. To add custom fonts in Customer Insights, they can be uploaded to the brand profile and then selected in emails and forms. It's also important to define fallback fonts in case the custom font doesn't load properly.
