The 2024 Wave 1 release for Dynamics 365 Field Service includes several new features and updates. Another feature is the ability to get insights for technicians from Copilot, allowing frontline workers to ask questions and receive up-to-date information. Additionally, there are integrations with Microsoft 365, such as previewing work orders in Teams with link unfurling, managing vendors with advanced contractor management, and integrating with Business Central for financial and inventory management. The release also includes the option to receive monthly updates for the Field Service app.
