Lead scoring models for Customer Insights - Journeys in Dynamics 365 Marketing allow you to assign points to leads based on their engagement and interactions. To set up a lead scoring model, make sure the feature switch is turned on in the settings area. Then, go to the Real-time marketing area and create a new scoring model. You can use attribute scoring to assign points based on lead attributes, such as job title or country. You can also use marketing form scoring to give points when a form is submitted, and email interaction scoring to track email opens and clicks. Additionally, event scoring allows you to allocate points based on event registrations or check-ins.
