Dynamics 365 Business Central: remember to delete the Media orphans.

Dynamics 365 Business Central has a feature that allows you to store files outside of the database in Azure Blob Storage, saving storage space. However, if you choose to store media files within the ERP, there are two ways to upload them: using a Blob data type field or using a Media or MediaSet data type field. The Media and MediaSet data types provide better performance and are more flexible in design. However, there is a hidden problem with Media types. When a table record containing a media object is deleted, the media object is assumed to be unreferenced and is deleted. To avoid this problem, Microsoft introduced a FindOrphans method to the Media object, which can be used to delete all orphaned media and free up space in the tenant. If you are using Media objects, it is recommended to regularly check the Tenant Media table growth and delete orphaned media as needed.
