Segment Insights in Customer Insights - Journeys allows you to create groups of audiences based on specific criteria for targeted marketing. This blog explains how to monitor existing segment records and gain insights by comparing them. The blog covers two types of analysis: Segment Differentiator Analysis and Segment Overlap Analysis. In Segment Differentiator Analysis, you can differentiate one segment from another by selecting primary and secondary segments and comparing their attributes. In Segment Overlap Analysis, you can find common customers between two or more segments. The analysis results provide valuable information for optimizing segments and making informed decisions. Note that Segment Insights is a preview feature and not recommended for production deployment.
