The form pre-fill functionality in Realtime marketing allows for pre-populating form fields based on context passed through the URL, without relying on cookies. To use this feature, make sure the pre-fill switch is turned on in the feature settings and on the domain where the forms are embedded. Review your Compliance Profile to ensure the Tracking purpose allows for consent. Create a form and turn on the prefill fields toggle in the settings tab. You can also enable prefill for consent-related fields. Send out an email with a hyperlink or button linking to the page with the form, and the URL will pass the prefill context to populate the form fields. Note that the prefill links are valid for 30 days.
