Transform technician experience with the new Field Service Mobile UX

Microsoft has announced the preview of its new Dynamics 365 Field Service mobile experience. The new mobile app features a streamlined design, following Microsoft's Fluent design system, and includes a bottom navigation bar with three main buttons: Home, Library, and More. The app also includes larger touch targets, color-coded labels and icons for easy recognition, and a responsive user interface that adjusts to different screen sizes and orientations. The booking list highlights important fields at a glance and offers one-touch filters and sorting options. The booking details, tasks, services, and products are organized in tabs for easy navigation. The app also includes features like step-by-step instructions, note-taking, and image attachments. The new Field Service Mobile UX aims to simplify the technician experience and increase productivity in the field.
