The focused view feature in Dynamics 365 allows users to handle records and activities more efficiently. In this blog, we learn about the customization options available for the focused view. Users can customize the records list to access frequently used information quickly. The customization applies to a specific entity and does not affect other entities. Users with a primary Sales Role and admin permission can customize their records list. The admin mode switch needs to be activated for customization. Users can lock customization to prevent others from making changes. The work item appearance can be customized by adding or reordering fields and changing the icon. The customization done for the focused view also reflects in the sales accelerator view. Overall, customization in the focused view allows users to access relevant information easily.
