Users with a primary Sales Role and admin permission can customize their records list. The admin mode switch needs to be activated for customization. Users can lock customization to prevent others from making changes. The work item appearance can be customized by adding or reordering fields and changing the icon. The customization done for the focused view also reflects in the sales accelerator view. Overall, customization in the focused view allows users to access relevant information easily.
