This article explains how to use lead scores to create a segment in Dynamics 365 Marketing. By setting up a lead scoring model, you can determine when to send leads through a journey or remove them based on their score. To create a segment using lead scores, start by creating a new segment and adding the lead score table. Then, add the score field and set the attribute linking the lead score and lead. You can use the score field to filter leads based on specific scores or criteria. Additionally, you can add more criteria to the segment, such as ensuring the lead is open and has a valid email address. This segment can then be used to start a journey for leads with a certain score or higher. To remove leads with a negative score, create another segment with the criteria of score less than 0. This segment can be used as alternate exit criteria to remove leads from the journey.
