Dynamics 365 Field Service now has a summarization feature for bookings and work orders. This feature uses AI to generate a recap of the work order or booking record, including information about related data such as work order products and tasks. Previously, users had no control over which tables and columns Copilot used to generate the summary, but a new feature now allows for configuration of the summary. Users can enable the summary configuration in the settings area of Dynamics 365 Field Service and select the tables and columns they want to include in the summary. This feature is currently in preview.
