This article explains how to use Copilot to create a journey in Dynamics 365 Marketing. Copilot allows users to create a journey using everyday conversational language. To enable it, navigate to Settings >> Overview >> Feature Switches >> Journey (Copilot). Users can select predefined examples to start with and specify the trigger, marketing form, and audience type. Once the journey is defined, users can review, modify, and publish it. The article includes screenshots to illustrate the process.
