Announcing public preview of virtual network support for Power Platform Dataverse plug-ins and Connectors
Microsoft has announced the public preview of virtual network support for Power Platform Dataverse plug-ins and Connectors. This feature allows users to protect their outbound connections from Power Platform services to resources within their private network. It is based on Azure Subnet Delegation, which allows users to delegate their subnets to the Power Platform and configure it to run services within the delegated subnet. This enhances the security of data integration with external sources within a secured private network. The virtual network support is optimized for API-centric workloads and is recommended for outbound connectivity from Power Platform services. Microsoft plans to extend virtual network capabilities to other connectors in the future.
