DLP Policy Toolbox – a free App for better DLP Management
The DLP Policy Toolbox is a free app that helps admins manage DLP Policies in the Power Platform. It allows admins to duplicate existing DLP Policies and identify which policies apply to specific environments. The app includes a Power Apps Canvas App, three Automate Cloud flows, and a connection reference for the Power Platform for Admins connector. The app does not store any data and only works for users with a Tenant Administrator role. It does not require any premium licenses. The app addresses two main challenges faced by admins: the time-consuming manual creation of DLP Policies and the difficulty in identifying which policies apply to specific environments. The app provides a solution to these challenges and is available on GitHub.
