When we say “unsupported” about a certain customization, what do we actually mean?

The author discusses the difference between supported and unsupported customizations in the Power Platform. While Microsoft is not responsible for any issues caused by unsupported changes, there are cases where supported customizations may not work as expected. It is important to keep Power Platform applications up to date and have someone with technical knowledge to address any issues that may arise. The risks of having unsupported customizations include the possibility of customizations stopping to work and the need for someone with adequate knowledge to troubleshoot. Additionally, there may be cases where what is considered "supported" may still cause problems. Ultimately, organizations need to have the means to support their customizations and consider the frequency and impact of any potential breaks.
