Domain authentication: How emails don’t end up in spam

Domain authentication is an important step in ensuring that marketing emails reach their intended recipients and don't end up in the spam folder. Dynamics 365 Customer Insights provides a simple process to authenticate domains, allowing you to add as many domains as you want in the app settings. The authentication process involves entering the domain and following a wizard with about 7 steps. Once the keys and values are stored in the DNS, you can verify the domain. Domain authentication is achieved through technologies like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, which verify the identity of the email server and improve deliverability. If emails still end up in spam, there are tools available to check the domain authentication configuration. Microsoft is also planning to introduce a Copilot for domains in Customer Insights Journey.
