Release wave 2: Transforming customer experiences with generative AI and Microsoft Dynamics 365
Generative AI is being used in business applications to improve customer experiences. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Microsoft Sales Copilot, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights will have new capabilities in the 2023 release wave 2. These applications will use generative AI and Copilot to unlock hidden data and insights, streamline processes, and enhance productivity and collaboration. For example, Copilot in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights will help harmonize data sources and provide suggestions to improve data quality. Copilot in Dynamics 365 Sales will summarize lead details and combine sales data with intent signals to tailor engagements. These capabilities will be available before April 2024.
