DIY Redirect landing page for CI-J

Many organizations are careful about how links are formatted in emails to ensure they are safe. However, there is currently no way to create branded links in CI-J. One option is to create a simple webpage that redirects to another webpage based on parameters. The webpage code parses the URL parameters and redirects to the specified URL while maintaining any UTM tags. To track the URL without using CI-J's built-in tracking, you can use webtracking or custom triggers. Webtracking is a preview functionality, while custom triggers are easier to use. By placing this webpage internally and calling it with the parameters, you can add the redirect URL to the email.
