The continued cost of the war in Ukraine and those it leaves behind
The Microsoft collection for Business Applications Professional skilling has been translated to Ukrainian and is being used to help displaced and vulnerable Ukrainians. The free six-week program takes place in Telegram groups and exposes students to the world of Microsoft Business Applications, capabilities of the Dynamics 365 family of products, and career options. The next cohort is the biggest yet with a few hundred students enrolled. Everyone who applies is accepted and those who need more time get all the time they need. After the six weeks, students stay in the Telegram groups and help the next group. The program is run by volunteers and anyone can help by sending Ukrainian friends and colleagues to join and learn, saying yes to specific asks, or finding room in their organization for one of the graduates as a new hire or apprentice.
