Dynamics 365 Business Central 2025 Wave 1: checking app compatibility with future versions directly in Admin Center.
Microsoft is introducing a new feature in Dynamics 365 Business Central 2025 Wave 1 that allows users to check app compatibility with future versions directly in the Admin Center. Previously, users would receive email notifications about incompatibilities, but now they can view app compatibility reports in the Admin Center. This feature will help users plan for upcoming changes and avoid upgrade failures. Additionally, starting with Dynamics 365 Business Central 2025 Wave 2, users will have the ability to update existing sandbox environments to the public preview version of the software, allowing for live testing with existing data and apps.
