Meet the new Scheduling Operations Agent in Dynamics 365 Field Service!
Microsoft has introduced the Scheduling Operations Agent in Dynamics 365 Field Service, which is currently in public preview. The agent is designed to make the life of dispatchers easier by helping them generate and fine-tune a resource's schedule quickly. It can be invoked by right-clicking on a resource on the schedule board and selecting the "Suggest Schedule" option. The agent analyzes the existing bookings and generates a suggested schedule, which can be adjusted by the dispatcher before applying it. The Scheduling Operations Agent is a consumption-based paid service and requires additional setup before use. It is recommended to configure billing and enable the agent in the resource scheduling parameters.
