Link Activities with multiple records (Preview) in Dynamics 365
Microsoft has introduced a new feature that allows for the linking of activities with multiple records. This feature enables activity records to be linked to accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and users using the new party list attribute. Currently, this feature only supports email entity records. To use this feature, navigate to the email entity in PowerApps and add the related column to the main form. Then, you can associate one email record with multiple records simultaneously. The email record will appear on the timeline of all the selected records in the related column. This functionality eliminates the need to generate duplicate activities for each individual record.
