Kanban Board for Dynamics 365 CRM with New Multitasking and Process Grouping Features
Inogic's Kanban Board for Dynamics 365 CRM has introduced two new features: Open Record in a New Window and Row Grouping on Business Process Flow (BPF). The Open Record in a New Window feature allows users to open records in a separate window for multitasking. For example, a sales rep can open a client's record while managing leads in the Kanban view. The Row Grouping on BPF feature groups records based on their respective stages in the Business Process Flow, improving organization and visibility. These features enhance productivity and streamline workflows. Users can update their Kanban configuration to start using these features.
