Prepare your organization for conversation intelligence data migration into Dataverse
Starting in the first quarter of 2024, D365 Sales conversation intelligence data will be migrated from Microsoft-provided storage to each customer's Dataverse organization. This change allows for higher data management standards, such as data encryption and customer data management using Lockbox. It also provides granular control over the conversation intelligence data and allows for tailored dashboards and visualizations based on the data. Admins need to take action by checking the solution version, providing access to new Dataverse entities, ensuring sufficient storage space, and setting a retention policy if desired. Organizations currently using their own Azure blob storage need to set up a service principal. Opting out of the migration is possible by sending an email before January 31, 2024.
