Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys now extends its capabilities to business users, enabling them to create trigger-based customer journeys across multiple touchpoints. The feature allows organizations to engage customers in real-time, win customers and foster loyalty through personalization, and provides a unified and adaptable platform. To use this feature, ensure you have the latest version of the marketing app and activate the "Manage consent in contact and lead forms" option. Customize your Lead and Contact forms to include the Communication tab for consent management.
