Smart Paste and Smart Grid(search) in Model Driven Apps
Two new features, Smart Paste and Smart Grid, are now available in preview for model-driven apps. Smart Paste allows users to copy text from anywhere and paste it into a form, where Copilot will analyze the data and enter it into the correct fields automatically. Smart Grid allows users to filter and sort data using natural language, making it easier to create views in a model-driven app. These features are scheduled to go GA in February 2025 and can be enabled in the Power Platform Admin Center. Smart Paste supports text, choice, date, and number fields, while Smart Grid supports text columns.
